Euphoria: Sea-View 3-Bedroom Villa & Infinity Pool

Welcome to Villa Euphoria — a stylish and cozy home with panoramic sea views, located in the village of Seoce (a suburb of Budva). The villa is just a 7-minute drive from Budva — the center of tourist life in Montenegro. Its elevated hillside location offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, as well as a unique microclimate: a blend of sea and mountain air makes the summer heat milder and the air especially refreshing. The space The villa welcomes guests with a spacious living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking sea views. From the living room, you step directly onto a large terrace where nothing obstructs the panorama: the glass railing is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, so nothing distracts from the scenery and the endless blue of the sea. On the same level, there is a well-equipped kitchen — also with sea views. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. One floor above, there are three bedrooms: — a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, — a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, — a third bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom offers beautiful sea views. One level below the living room, there is a relaxation area with an infinity pool, a summer kitchen, a barbecue, and a well-kept garden — a perfect place for relaxation, outdoor breakfasts, and cozy evenings. Other things to note – The garden is maintained by a gardener who comes 1–2 times a week independently of the guests — there is no need to meet or accompany him. – We provide bed linen and bath towels. Beach towels are not provided. – For bookings of 10 days or more, an intermediate cleaning is included mid-stay, or every 7 days for longer stays. The cleaning includes floor and bathroom cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels. Kitchen cleaning and garbage removal are not included in the intermediate cleaning. More frequent intermediate cleaning is available upon prior agreement for an additional fee of €250. – The pool is not heated and is located under a canopy; the water temperature depends solely on weather conditions. – The use of the fireplace in the living room is prohibited.
