Stay in a pretty 19th century building completely renovated, combining old-world charm and modern comfort. This house offers a soothing and warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing, and is located in a wooded and enclosed park of 5000m2. Comfortable bedding, modern bathrooms and current amenities guarantee you a pleasant stay in any season. The space Completely renovated, this house combines comfort, space and brightness to offer you a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room that is bright thanks to the large bay window. It consists of a cozy living area with sofa, coffee table and TV, a convivial dining area around a large farm table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer. A pleasant coffee corner is also available with Nespresso machine, classic coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A separate restroom completes this level. Upstairs, a laundry closet provides you with a washing machine as well as cleaning equipment. There are two comfortable suites: • A first suite with double bed, shower room, private toilet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. • A second suite consisting of two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a toilet: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Outside, enjoy a private terrace equipped with dining table and garden furniture. You will also have access to our swimming pool, shared with our family, ideal for cooling off on beautiful days. It measures 10 x 4.5 m, and is equipped with an electric roller shutter. It is heated and has salt water. The park, wooded and fully enclosed by walls, offers a peaceful and secure setting. For young and old, many outdoor games are at your disposal: petanque, mölkky, ping pong table, ball... Everything is there for a wonderful holiday and to create beautiful memories!
