The space Relaxed Earthy unit to unwind close to amenities Guest access Use of Entire private unit This space is great for 1-7 guests, 3 separate bedrooms (2 Queen beds) 2-4 people, (1 King bed that separates for 2 x king singles) 2 x people daybed in lounge room can be put in larger 2 bedrooms for a another adult teen or child, porta cot can be supplied upon request great accommodation for students starting uni and student placements, 10 minutes away from James Cook Uni and Townsville University Hospital staff away from home on contract or patients travelling from out of town. Sharing for 4 individual people/students or 3 couples plus 1 child adult and 1 baby atm (soon to be a bunk bed added x double bed and single bed below, to accommodate 3 more in biggest room, Small families and larger group bookings for events. Great couples get away with full amenities with room to relax in a bigger area than a hotel room. A high chair and porta cot can be accommodated a bucket of toys and books are provided as well as an XBOX ONE game console with plenty of games for the young at heart. Breakfast will be in the unit fridge and cereals tea, coffee sugar plus some condiments provided. Other things to note Breakfast hamper provided for new guests after communication with hosts about any dietary restrictions/Allergies. Longer stays will incur a cleaning fee of once per 1-2 weeks depending on guests wanting weekly cleans but definitely 1 clean per fortnight minimum, sheet and towel changes will be done on those days.
