This 60 m2 house located in the heart of a small Meuse village will bring you all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Upstairs are the offices of the framing company, which can be busy on WEEKDAY mornings. In the countryside, we are located 5 km from all shops. 1 hour 15 minutes from Reims, 1 hour from Nancy, 10 minutes from Saint-Dizier, 15 minutes from Bar-le-Duc, 40 minutes from Commercy (the madeleines...), 1 hour from Chalons-en-Champagne (famous wine...) and 30 minutes from Lake Der Chantecoq. The space Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, hood, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer, toilet, sink, mirror, washing machine, laundry basket, and hair dryer. Night area with a 140x200 bed and progressive lighting.
