This spacious and luxurious apartment is part of a recently renovated villa in the charming town of Harrachov – right in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains. You’ll stay in a modern and tastefully decorated duplex apartment, featuring a private balcony and a large terrace. It’s the perfect spot to unwind in the sun with a good book or a glass of wine. The villa houses three apartments, each offering complete privacy – ideal for a peaceful escape. Outside, you’ll find a large garden with a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor fireplace (wood is provided). There’s also plenty of space for children to play, including a slide, sandbox, and outdoor play equipment. A separate storage room is available for your skis or bicycles. Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious, and comfortable. There is a cosy sitting area with a fireplace, a children’s play corner, and of course, good Wi-Fi. The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms that sleep a total of eight guests, plus a baby cot. There are two modern bathrooms, so nobody has to wait after a day on the slopes or in the mountains. In winter, you are right in the middle of one of the largest ski areas in the Czech Republic. The ski jumps of Harrachov are just a 19-minute walk away, and the chairlift to Čertova Hora is 1200 metres from the villa. A ski bus stops just 100 metres from the property. For children, there’s a smaller lift just 500 metres away. And when there’s snow? The garden turns into a winter wonderland full of sleds and snow fun. In summer, Harrachov is just as enjoyable. Surrounded by beautiful green landscapes, it’s perfect for hiking, cycling, or exploring the area’s lively villages, museums, aqua parks, and local restaurants. Only 100 metres from the villa, you’ll find a sports field with tennis and volleyball courts. And right behind the villa, the forest begins – perfect for a morning stroll or a relaxing autumn mushroom walk.
