Guest access Guests have private access to their booked room(s) and attached bathroom. The entire property spans a beautiful apple orchard with over 100 apple trees. You are welcome to stroll, relax, and explore the orchard freely during the day – it's perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature! For safety reasons, going outside the rooms/orchard area at night requires prior permission from the host. Note on winter nights: Temperatures here can drop to -12°C to -15°C. To prevent pipes from freezing, we keep a tap running with a thin stream of water in the bathroom at night. You'll hear a gentle flowing water sound, which is normal and helps maintain the plumbing in extreme cold.
