A total of 7 bedrooms + basement living room with sofa bed: Four bedrooms on the main floor, three of which with double beds. One bathroom with shower/bathtub opposite the bedrooms. Two bedrooms with four beds in the attic, and a double room downstairs in the basement. New guest bathroom with washing machine downstairs. Outdoor areas with sunbeds, chairs + small tables, seat cushions, and large dining table with dining chairs. Hot tub and outdoor ping pong table for free use. Guest access Guests can use the entire house and garden outside, including a hot tub, outdoor table tennis and a small playroom for the children. Small 15-foot dinghy with 9.9 hp engine included in the rent. Long stays on the jetty are not allowed. Use is limited only to bathing at the bathing stairs and loading and unloading in the boat, as the jetty pier is shared with a neighbor.
