The space "FUCHS" VACATION APARTMENT The inexpensive apartment ›Fuchs‹ can accommodate up to 9 adults. - Size: approx. 100 sqm - 2nd floor - 3 bedrooms: - Fuchs1: 4 single beds (0.90 m). 2 beds can be combined into a double bed (1.80 m). - Fuchs2: 1 double bed (1.40 m) - Fuchs3: 1 double bed (1.40 m) - Kitchen-living room with 2 pull-out sofa beds for 2 more people - Bathroom with large corner bathtub and shower - Guest toilet - Hallway All 3 bedrooms can be locked separately. SALT ROOMS AT THE LAKE Bad Saarow CITY TAX In the spa town of Bad Saarow, there is an obligation to pay a spa tax. The visitor's tax is levied by the municipality and must be paid to the landlord of a holiday accommodation. With the issued spa card you get discounts in the SaarowTherme as well as free bus transfer in the district of Oder-Spree. Please read about any discounts in the spa contribution statutes (available online). AMENITIES In addition to the full equipment with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, the fitted kitchen has: stove (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates), oven, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a large dining table with seating for up to 8 people, a bar table with 2 bar stools. The basic equipment includes a linen package (1x bed linen per person & 1x shower and hand towel, bath mat, dish towels). Furthermore, all items of daily use: soap, hair dryer, dishwasher, cloths, baking paper, salt, etc.) All apartments are equipped with valuable untreated natural table salt from our salt shop. In Bad Saarow it can get a little warmer in summer! An air conditioning system has recently been installed in the apartment, so the apartment can be cooled to pleasant temperatures within a few minutes. THE SPECIAL FEATURE The special extra at our holiday accommodation SALZ›T‹RÄUME AM SEE is the interior design with the new trend material Himalayan salt in the four apartments ›Schmetterling‹, ›Eichhörnchen‹, and ›Fuchs‹. The original salt creates a mineral salt-containing air in the rooms, similar to that found at sea or in salt tunnels. The orange-red Himalayan salt not only gives the room a special atmosphere – natural salt is also appreciated for its health-promoting effect. Because we are all aware of the revitalizing effect of the salty sea climate. TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL Our guests from all four apartments have a spacious lawn and a terrace with two seating areas (one of them under a pavilion) for shared use. Furthermore, 1 grill and 1 fire bowl are available. In the garden shed there are several garden games for our little guests. PARKING SPACES For the 4 residential units, a total of 6 free parking spaces are available in front of the house. Two parking spaces under no. 3 are assigned to the apartment "Fuchs" and are located next to the garage on the right. Through the back gate, guests enter directly into the garden and to the entrance of the "Fuchs" apartment. There is also a free public parking lot about 200 meters away. Wifi Free Wi-Fi is available. It is broadband Internet access. The name of the network and the password will be announced on site. LOCATION The spa town of Bad Saarow impresses with its breathtaking nature and its proximity to the metropolis of Berlin. Our 4 apartments are literally between the forest and the lake – practically behind the garden fence the forest hiking trail begins and the swimming area is just 250 m away. A sandy beach can be reached on foot along the lake in about 7 minutes. Bad Saarow is easily accessible from Berlin by regional train (approx. 1 hour drive, hourly departure) and via the highway (approx. 45-minute drive). A bus stop is near the property. It is served by a bus line from the train station in Bad Saarow. Our place is also within walking distance of the train station in about 20 minutes via the lake road along Lake Scharmützelsee. Directly at the train station there are various shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. The thermal bath ›SaarowTherme‹ is about 15 minutes on foot.
