Lovely detached 5 bedroom house with outdoor heated swimming pool (June-September) Set in the countryside but a short drive to Spalding (and walking distance of Springfields shopping outlet), with large 2.5 acre garden. 1 single bedroom, 1 double, 2 king, 1 super king (ensuite) and snug/office with double sofa bed. Separate family bathroom with shower and bath, and downstairs toilet. Formal dining room, breakfast room, sitting room, and large kitchen with AGA (and electric appliances). The space Front door opens onto large hallway with downstairs bathroom, large living room (with log burner) and formal dining room. There is a separate study/snug with fireplace and double sofa bed. Large kitchen with all mod cons including a 4 oven AGA, separate induction hob and electric oven. Pantry with Sub Zero fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen is the breakfast room, and a downstairs single bedroom. Laundry/utility is off the garage. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, primary ensuite bedroom with super king bed and air conditioning, two king sized bedrooms and one double. Family bathroom with shower and bath. Patio off the breakfast room with seating, as well as large seating area on patio by the pool. The pool is heated and open June to September and you'll have sole use of the pool area. We usually stay in the annexe which is above the garages and at the opposite end of the house, and completely self contained with separate front door etc. Large driveway with parking for multiple cars.
