The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed for two guests and a smaller single bedroom for one guest. In addition, the living room offers a comfortable sofa that can be unfolded into an extra sleeping space if needed. Fully step-free with direct street access, the apartment is ideal for up to five guests who value comfort, cleanliness, and a well-designed space. The space The apartment is arranged for comfort, privacy, and flexibility. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed for two guests, a smaller single bedroom, and a living area with a sofa that can be unfolded into an additional sleeping space if needed. Guests can enjoy a large rotating smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a separate dryer. The generously equipped kitchen includes quality appliances and everything needed for everyday cooking. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. There are no shared spaces. Please note that the left section of the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom, all three drawers in the single bed, and all four drawers under the bed in the larger bedroom are reserved for the host’s personal belongings and are not available for guest use. All other storage spaces are fully available to guests. Other things to note Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The TV is mounted on an adjustable arm — it can be moved using the arm itself, or by gently holding the TV from the center. Please avoid pulling it from the sides. If you use the dryer, kindly remember to empty the water container after use. We also ask guests to avoid eating or drinking in bed to help keep the space fresh and comfortable.
