La Casita Blanca 2 in Naguabo

This unique and brand-new place, located right in front of the ocean, is approximately a 2-minute drive from Naguabo’s most famous seafood restaurants and its boardwalk, ideal for family enjoyment. The house does NOT have beach access but it has beaches within 2 -10 minute drive. The pool is small exactly as shown in the pictures and it is not heated . The space The property features three levels. It has two entrances: the main entrance leads to a long hallway that extends to the first level, where you’ll find the patio with a covered pool and a wooden deck. The same hallway provides access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom, and a balcony facing the ocean (also located on the intermediate level). Typically, entry is through the garage, which is located on the upper level. On this level, you’ll find the bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms on this level offer direct ocean views and are equipped with a queen-size bed, television, and mini-split air conditioning. In total, the property offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, oceanfront balcony, terrace with a deck facing the ocean, covered pool, and parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance cameras are installed in the entrance of the property, the parking , the balcony and pool and deck area . UBER: In Puerto Rico theres not much Uber service unless you are in San Juan . Uber doesn’t work in the area where the house is located unless you reserve it with time. We recommend have your own car or rent a car. We can provide information of a private driver for your convenience. PARKING: Property offers 2 parking spaces with the following specifications. One for regular SUV size and one for regular sized car. Pickups wont fit inside the garage with closed doors. In front of the property you have one extra space for parking ( one pick up can be parked in this area outside). LOCATION: La Casita Blanca is perfectly located in the coast of PR right in front of the ocean . Although the house is right in front of the beach the house DOESNT have beach access but we have beaches to visit within 3 minutes from the house. We have great restaurants nearby ( seafood is the specialty in the area) , bakery, gas stations, pharmacies,Walmart, mall and fast foods 1-15 mins driving distance. We are about 1 hour driving from San Juan PR , SJU airport, el viejo San Juan , San Juan beaches, condado, Isla verde and many other places to visit. El yunque forest is about 40 minute drive . POWER OR WATER OUTAGES: We are not responsible for this. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted in this case since we cannot control that type of problem. POOL MAINTENANCE may pass by to clean during your stay. If you have any inconvenience with that please notify us so that we can postpone pool maintenance until your checkout. CHECK IN: strongly suggest your check in time is while there is still daylight since it is easier to find any place you visit for the first time . But this is totally up to you. It is self check in.
