Room is spacious 14'x14.6' Parking for 1 vehicle in our driveway. No parking for recreational vehicles like motor homes, trailers with seadoos, recreational vehicles etc. No on street parking. The space Large house, with plenty of room for privacy for hosts and guests. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, back deck, front porch, parking is on the left hand side of the driveway. During your stay Either my husband or I will be home to welcome you to our home. Other things to note Tesla Charger available, in garage, for use by guests. Attached garage is available to store bicycles, motorbikes overnight. Provincial Park Pass available for guests for day use. Presqu'ile is 1.3k from our house, North Beach is 29k and Sandbanks is 60k. Guests have to request a pass and supply their full name, licence plate number and province, as well as their choice of Provincial Park, for each day of their stay. Bookings should be 5 days in advance of requested date to ensure availability, of a Pass, especially on weekends or holidays.
