Restored Ardèche farmhouse with heated pool

Ideal for relaxing, sharing good times with family or friends, this old restored farmhouse located in the countryside offers all the comforts necessary for 8 people, a heated pool (from 5/20 to 9/30) and many possible activities. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house and pool. It is partially visible from the neighboring house sometimes occupied by the owner. Other things to note The heated swimming pool is open from May 20 to September 30. Please note, however: At the beginning and end of the season, despite the heating, the temperature may exceptionally drop below 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) depending on the ambient temperature (reminder: we are at an altitude of 800 meters [2,625 feet], and nights in particular can be chilly). At the start and end of the season, too, the accommodation can be heated (electric radiators) if necessary. The beds are made, and all linens are provided, including pool towels.
