Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and well-kept accommodation. Access to kitchen and laundry room with drying room. Dining room with room for at least 8 people. Shared bathroom and kitchen with host. Is 5 minutes walking distance to Gävle city and mall. Quiet area with locked gate. Children's room with toys for ages 3-10 years approx. If there is a need for space for 5 guests, this can be arranged. The host is at home sometimes, so the kitchen and bathroom are shared with the host then. Parking is available outside the house if spaces are not occupied. The space This home offers 3 different bedrooms as well as a shared bathroom and kitchen with the host. One bedroom has a 180 cm continental bed. Then there is a children's room with a 120 cm bed and also a smaller guest room with a 90 cm bed. An extra bed is available to fold out if an extra sleeping space is needed. Bedlinen and towels are available. Bathroom has bathtub with shower. There is always space to use the kitchen and fridge. The laundry room can be booked, but this needs to be communicated well in advance of arrival. Guests are expected to take care of common areas in a respectful manner. The host takes care of washing bed linens, etc. and waste disposal. This is a private residence so expectations of guests should be equal to those of the host. Warm welcome!
