The space SOME conditions for a PEACEFUL RENTAL: Possibility of renting linens as an option, €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double bed. For pets, a pet is allowed upon prior request, no more than 10 kg. As far as cleaning is concerned, the accommodation is delivered in perfect condition of cleanliness and must be returned identically. A cleaning fee of €95 can be chosen as an option when requesting a rental, not including cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. In case of non-compliance with the cleanliness rules, a flat fee of €195 will be applied. As far as pets are concerned, our friends can't sleep in the bedrooms or on the sofas, the living room mat needs to be removed. Hair must be vacuumed.
