Hello! We would like to invite you to our childhood lakeside, where we have created an oasis of rest and tranquility. I hope your family and friends will relax in the silence of nature while watching the wonderful sunsets on the shore of Lake Kerėpla. You can also find us on social networks. The space The farmstead is equipped for a comfortable rest of 11 adults. On the first floor you will find: - tambour, - a modernly equipped kitchen with all necessary tools for cooking, dishes and glasses, - a living room with panoramic windows taking in the lakeshore view, - a dining room with a large table for 10 people, - two bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm and 180 cm wide, - bathroom with shower and wc, - separate wc, - a spa area with sauna, shower and exit to the terrace with a hot tub that seats 6 people, - 60 sq/m glazed terrace with outdoor furniture. On the second floor you will find: - a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, and a single armchair/bed, - a second/shelter with two 140cm beds. Backyard: - 8 parking spots, - a barbeque, firewood, skewers, - the area is fenced in with a fence and you will be able to safely let your pet outside. Entertainment is included in the rental price: - Boat rides - Paddleboards The hot tub with sauna is fired by the host for an additional fee of 50 euros. The farmhouse has 11 sleeping places, on demand an additional two guests can sleep on the sofa in the living room - the extra linen charge for twelve and thirteenth people is 20 eur. Each sleeping area is provided with linens/covers, one large and one small towels. In the baths/showers you will find soap, body wash, shampoo, a hairdryer. Check in time is from 15h. Check out time is before 12h. However, we are flexible with our guests, and we can coordinate times according to the availability of the farmhouse.
