The studio is about 7 minutes away from Muscat Highway, 12 minutes from the German University, 25 minutes from Seeb Mall, and 35 minutes from Muscat International Airport. Consists of: Furnished bedroom ⬅️ kind bed, sofa that turns into a single bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, fan, 65-inch TV, electric kettle for making tea with cups. Bathroom⬅️ with bath towels Kitchen⬅️ oven and cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, garbage bags, creation, cooking oil, sugar, salt, some spices, dishwashing liquid, and a large refrigerator with drinking water. Cleaning tools⬅️ Brush mop for cleaning and creating. Guest access The entire studio is all yours, enjoy your privacy. Other things to note We are very happy to offer free WiFi throughout the stay. Bed and Mattresses⬅️ We offer you a comfortable sleep experience with a luxurious 6-piece furniture set: • Large soft duvet 260x240 cm • Comfortable fitted sheet for mattress • 4 pillows with luxurious cotton covers • 100% cotton upholstery with high quality (300 threads per inch) • Elegant white design gives the room a clean and tidy feel • Carefully washed and sanitized after each stay Cleaning: - ⬅️A one-time complimentary cleaning service is available for stays longer than 8 nights and includes: • General cleaning • Change and replace sheets and blankets • Rearrange the bed. ⬅️For reservations shorter than 7 nights:-⬇️ Cleaning service is available on request for a nominal fee (subject to availability at certain hours). The cleaning service ranges from 2 to 3 riyals. Please contact us in advance to coordinate and allow the cleaning staff to enter at the time allowed. Bed linen replacement service 2.5 riyals. Replacement of towels 0.5 riyals per towel. Airport transportation:- We provide airport transportation upon request. When you want to use the service, we can provide you with the driver's number to coordinate directly with him before arrival. The service requires prior coordination and is subject to availability. The cost of transportation from the airport to Sanadan Studio ranges from 13 to 15 Omani riyals maximum depending on the time. 🚩Important Note: 1. The location offers easy access for those with their own transportation. Transportation services, such as taxis or ride-hailing apps (e.g., OTaxi or Otaxi), are limited and may be difficult to find quickly in the area. 2. All buildings in Sandan–Halban do not have electric elevators. The studio is on the second floor, which requires climbing stairs only. We appreciate your understanding, and advise guests to take this into account especially when there are elderly people or very large luggage.
