Located 2 km from the sea, it offers privacy and a calm, resort-like stay. Building 1: 2 luxury family suites. 2 bed &6×5 ft sofa cum bed Buildings 2 & 3: 8 rooms with side-by-side layouts and shared balconies. Enjoy an indoor pool, rooftop restaurant, kitchen with caretaker, staff support, and peaceful common areas surrounded by nature. Other things to note 🍽️ Food, Dining, Amenities & Housekeeping – Terms & Conditions To ensure a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay for all guests, please read and follow the policies below: 🍴 Food & Dining Policy No Room Service We do not provide room service for food or beverages. Dining Area Usage All meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are served only in the rooftop dining area. Guests are required to come to the dining area for all meals. Advance Food Orders All food orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance to allow proper preparation. Outside Food Not Allowed Outside food items are strictly not permitted on the property. No Eating Inside Rooms Eating inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited to maintain hygiene and prevent pest issues. Kitchen Access Guests are not allowed access to the kitchen. If any food items or drinks are kept in our kitchen, guests must personally collect them when informed by the staff. Alcohol Policy Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the rooftop dining area. Food Service Timings Last food order: Between 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM No food will be served after 10:00 PM Rooftop dining area closes at 11:00 PM 🚿 Hot Water Policy Hot Water Availability Hot water is available once daily between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Boiler-Based System We use a boiler system, which requires time to heat water. Additional Hot Water Request If hot water is required again, it can be provided one additional time only on advance request, with a minimum notice of 30 minutes. 🧹 Housekeeping Policy Room Cleaning on Request Housekeeping services are provided only on request. Guests are requested to inform the staff in advance if room cleaning is required. Housekeeping Service Hours Housekeeping staff services are available up to 9:00 PM only. Urgent Assistance After 9:00 PM, housekeeping services will not be provided, except in case of urgent requirements. Guest Cooperation Guests are kindly requested to cooperate with these policies. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or action as per house rules.
