A Sweet Studio for One

When you want a place to lay your head, have a shower and grab a quick bite before rushing out the door and starting your day all over again, this is the place for you. It’s synonymous with what you may find in Hong Kong but with a beachy vibe. It has its own private entry, a marble bathroom with shower and toilet, its own kitchenette and a sofa bed to rest after a big day. Most of all, you’ll love it’s proximity to the beach and discover the coastal park. The space The studio apartment has a marble bathroom and a sweet studio with single sofa bed, kitchenette with portable induction cooktop, microwave, fridge and breakfast bar/desk, clothes storage and a Dyson hot/cool turbo fan. There’s potential to park in front of the entrance if you’d prefer to have your car close by. Please note, 1A is also available for additional guests and both properties can be rented out together if both available. There is a connection between the two properties via an additional electronic keylock which will only be given out if both properties are leased by the one guest group. Guest access The entry is from the back parking area with an electronic key lock. The front lawn is open to be used by all 4 residents. There are 4 units on site, of which the parking area is for first in best dressed. We only have access to one car space, otherwise you have free parking in the court. Other things to note Our place is in a small cul de sac with Dyson heating/cooling and a privacy tinted window to the apartment.
