The park, a large swimming pool (2.40 m deep!!) heated on request, an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far away. The space Our house is located in a private park of 6000 m² on the edge of the pretty lively village of Mézin. Its 300 m2 of living space is perfect for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. 3 of them are located upstairs and accessible by a wooden staircase, the fourth is on the ground floor. Air conditioning is even included in the Master Bedroom. DESCRIPTION OF UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS: - Master Bedroom: 1 double bed 160 with air conditioning and private bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) - Double bedroom: 1 double bed 160 with private bathroom (shower and toilet) - TWIN bedroom: 2 single beds. Private bathroom on the landing (shower, bathtub and toilet) GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS: - Ground floor bedroom: 1 double bed 160 with private bathroom (shower and toilet) On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bedroom on the ground floor and an entrance hall, a living room with TV (cable TV with French and English channels), fireplace (wood included) and sofas, open to the rear veranda bathed in light, offering a very pleasant sheltered dining area! The kitchen is the central room of the house. With a central island, very cozy and bright, it has all the essential equipment, including a traditional gas stove with hood, a stone sink, a large built-in fridge and a small laundry room with a second sink. Open to the veranda, the living room, the balcony with gas barbecue and also with direct access to the basement laundry where a second large fridge awaits you. KITCHEN AMENITIES - 5-burner gas stove - double oven - fridge - stone sink - toaster - kettle - Senseo coffee maker - Microwave - mixer... The park stretches to the back of the house and allows you to enjoy a beautiful swimming pool secured by an alarm where diving is allowed ;) (17 m x 8 m, 1.10 to 2.40 deep) Heated from the opening on request with an additional cost (possibility to increase the water from 8 to 10° above the outside temperature), the pool is bordered by a covered terrace with garden furniture and shaded outdoor dining area with another gas barbecue, as well as sun loungers. A very practical summer kitchen is available in the shed near the pool. It is equipped with a hi-fi and a TV (perfect for watching sports matches from the garden!!) a gas stove with 5 burners and oven, a drinks fridge, sink, dishwasher, fryer, kettle, cutting boards and dishes... Parking is available on the property in front of the house. Guest access The entire property is exclusively dedicated to guests. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the rental price. However, when you leave the premises, the house must be in good order, the kitchen tidy and your garbage taken away Tourist taxes are included in the AIRBNB rate Linens and towels are included. Pets are allowed at no extra cost (the park is not closed) Toilet paper, cleaning products and kitchen staples (salt, vinegar, oil...) are included. The house is intended for 8 people max. LONG-TERM RENTALS ACCEPTED. During the heating period, an additional monthly fee of €300/month will be requested on site for long stays. It will also be necessary to keep an indoor temperature of around 20/22°. Any prolonged overrun must be paid at the cost price of energy.
