Guest access 🏡 House Rules – The Pool House We’re delighted to host you and want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of the stay without refund. 👥 Occupancy & Visitors - The maximum occupancy is 15 guests, including children; however, children under 7 years old are not counted toward this limit. - All guests and any visitors must be declared and approved by the host in advance. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🔐 Security Deposit & Damages - A ₱3,000 security deposit is required prior to check-in. - The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection. - Guests are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit, and additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit. 🚭 Smoking, Drugs & Pets - Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the pool house. - The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. - This is a pet-free property. No pets of any kind are allowed. - Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of the security deposit. 🏊 Pool Safety - Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. - Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool area. - Please avoid running, diving, or rough play near the pool. - No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area. 🧼 Cleanliness & Care of the Home - Please keep all rooms and common areas clean and orderly throughout your stay. - Dispose of trash properly and do not leave food or garbage outside overnight. - Do not remove or misuse furniture, linens, towels, or household items. ⚡ Utilities & Internet - Please conserve electricity and water. - Turn off all lights, air-conditioning units, and appliances when not in use and before leaving the house. - Internet access details are posted on top of the modem. Guests are responsible for proper use of the network. 🚪 Security & Departure - Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. - Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee. - Please return the house key to the caretaker before departure and message the host upon check-out so the house can be prepared for the next guest. 🛠️ Maintenance & Issues - Do not attempt repairs yourself. - Report any damage, malfunction, or issues promptly so we can address them immediately. Failure to report issues may result in guest liability for resulting damage. ⚠️ Enforcement Any violation of these house rules may result in additional fees, forfeiture of the security deposit, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies.
