Welcome to Scharnhäusle 2, as we affectionately call our beautiful and spacious 3-room apartment in Ostfildern-Scharnhausen. The most important thing in a nutshell: * Centrally located: bakeries, shopping, and various restaurants and breakfast options are within walking distance * Bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes * You will be staying in a guesthouse with 11 rooms and 3 apartments. * 6 km (3.7 miles) to Stuttgart Airport and the Stuttgart Exhibition Center * 15 km (9 miles) to Stuttgart city center The space Our spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment in a central location in Ostfildern-Scharnhausen is ideal for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone who values comfort and relaxation. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax: In the bedroom, a large, comfortable double bed (200 cm wide) awaits you for restful nights. Another room is equipped with a pull-out couch (160 cm wide) and can be used flexibly as a bedroom or study – perfect for working from home or longer stays. The large bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: a shower and bathtub ensure relaxation. Due to the central location on the street, there may be typical city noises. Parking: two guest parking spaces are available on our property. If they are occupied, there are other free and paid parking options in the area, subject to availability. Good to know: You can reach "Scharnhäusle 2" via stairs.
