Welcome to Scharnhäusle 2, as we affectionately call our beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Ostfildern-Scharnhausen. The most important thing in a nutshell: * Centrally located: bakeries, shopping and various restaurants and breakfast options within walking distance * The bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes * You will stay in a guest house with 11 rooms and 3 apartments * 6 km to Stuttgart Airport and Stuttgart Messe * 15 km to Stuttgart city center The space Our spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment in a central location of Ostfildern-Scharnhausen is ideal for couples, families, business travelers or anyone who appreciates comfort and relaxation. The apartment offers plenty of space to feel good: In the bedroom you will find a large, comfortable double bed (200 cm wide) for relaxing nights. Another room is equipped with a pull-out couch (160 cm wide) and can be used flexibly as a bedroom or study – perfect for a home office or longer stays. The large bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: the shower and bathtub provide relaxation. Due to the central location on the street, there may be typical city noises. Parking: two guest parking spaces are available on our property. If they are occupied, there are other free and paid parking options in the area, subject to availability. Good to know: you can reach "Scharnhäusle 2" via stairs.
