This charming, heritage-listed row house, nestled just off Melbourne Street, offers a charming and comfortable stay in one of Adelaide’s most prestigious inner-city suburbs. This character-filled home blends classic architectural features with modern comforts, making it ideal for couples, professionals or small families. Step inside to discover 2 large bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds, a lounge area with TV, Wi-Fi and an outdoor garden/dining area. The space Inside our homely cottage you will find 2 bedrooms with queensize beds, bedside lamps, a table for your bags and an open wardrobe. The second sea themed bedroom has a dedicated work space with computer screen, keyboard and mouse. Both bedrooms are fitted with fans and there is ducted air conditioning throughout, with the control unit located to the left of the glass cafe doors in the living room. Press the power button once to wake it up, and then again to turn it on or off. The wifi details are provided through Airbnb and on the fridge. A Nespresso coffee machine and pods have been provided for your use and some breakfast sachets and chocolates for you to enjoy. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash are provided along with a hair dryer, straightener and an "I forgot kit" There are cleaning utensils in the skinny cupboard in the kitchen along with a first aid kit. Dishwasher liquid, washing powder and dishwasher tablets are located to the left of the stove in the high cupboard for child safety. An iron and ironing board are housed to the right of the fridge. The stove top is ceramic and to start it, hold the power button down. In the event of a water leak or flood, the emergency shut off can be located outside underneath the kitchen windows. We aim to provide a family friendly welcoming home. Should you require a portable cot or high chair, please reach out prior to your arrival date. . Guest access There are 3 small steps from the street into the house. There is no parking available in Arthur Street, however, there is unlimited parking on MacKinnon Parade, with just a short walk along Mann Terrace, then left and left again onto Arthur Street.Alternatively, there is timed parking on Melbourne Street and Mann Terrace, so be sure to check out the street signs.
