Cozy apartment for up to 6 people in the heart of Mehlingen over 2 floors. Welcome to our modern and cozy apartment, which is perfect for families, groups of friends or business travelers! The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people (2 double beds and a sofa bed) and is in a central location that offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space The apartments are located in the back of the courtyard. The older building has been completely renovated from the inside. The outdoor area will be renewed during the year (when vacant). Our house is 100% smoke-free. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Thanks for your understanding! The apartments are on 2 floors and are accessible via a shared staircase. Each has a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, range and the necessary dishes, pots, glasses... and a shower bath. The larger apartment (upstairs) consists of a bedroom (king size bed) and a living area with a kitchenette and a guest bed. Guest access The apartments are located in the rear courtyard area with the anthracite front door. The key safes are located in the passage behind the front door, to the right of the large garage door. Other things to note TV is currently only available via smart TV. Unfortunately, the satellite reception is not yet available. There is ONE parking space available in the courtyard. Otherwise, you can park for free in the surrounding side streets.
