Welcome to Villa Alex - a place in the nature of the Elena Balkan Mountains that brings people together and makes time together real. Located in the heart of the Elena Balkan, amidst silence, greenery and clean air, the villas offer tranquility and privacy, just minutes from the town of Elena. Here, mornings begin slowly – with coffee outside, birdsong and a view of nature, and evenings end with long conversations, a glass of wine and a sense of coziness. The space Villa 1 has three bedrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a bathroom. The villa can accommodate six people plus two on the sofa bed in the living room. The property includes a shared yard with Villa 2. Spacious barbecue suitable for a large company or two separate ones. Separate relaxation areas in the courtyard of the complex. During the summer months, the pool is at your disposal for cooling and water fun. And during the cold months, we offer a sauna and a Jacuzzi, which are paid extra.
