Welcome to our peaceful home in Bay, Laguna a space thoughtfully designed as a relaxing retreat for couple, families, friends, and balikbayan guests returning home. The space Our home is a fully furnished 3-bedroom house designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy gatherings. (Read bedroom access below) The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a sofa bed—ideal for families or guests needing extra sleeping space. The two additional bedrooms each have a double bed with a single bed pull-out. The house includes two bathrooms with showers and toilets, providing convenience for multiple guests (Bring your own toiletries, towels provided). A fully equiped kitchen is available for preparing meals, (we have gas stove, air fryer, pots and pans for cooking) along with 8 seater dining area made for shared moments and conversations and 2 breakfast bar stool. The open living space offers a cozy setting to relax, watch TV, or catch up with loved ones. Gated parking which can fit two small cars or one big car. Street parking is available too. PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor area is currently unfurnished as we are in the process of painting and improving the exterior. Landscaping and outdoor furnishings will be completed soon to create a relaxing outdoor space for guests. (Charcoal BBQ is available upon request) We will start the construction of the water tank at the back (May-June) Landscape/frog grass (June-July) Located in Bay, Laguna, the home is close to Mt. Our family lives next to this place and know if there is extra guest. For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask unregistered guest to leave if this policy is not followed. Additional bedrooms not included in your booking will be locked and are not shared with anyone else. If you'd like access to extra bedrooms for a smaller group, please contact us before booking or before arrival.
