Close to all amenities, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood and peaceful tropical gardens with private pool. 1.5km walk to the surf club and central Coolum. 3 minute drive. It’s handy to have a car when staying on the Sunshine Coast so that you can access all the nearby attractions from Noosa to Australia Zoo and the hinterland. The home boasts 4 bedrooms - 3 queen beds and 2 single beds. (Portacot, highchair and stroller available for infants). Master bedroom has ensuite with toilet and shower. The other bedrooms share a main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom. There is a designated private office space for those needing to work from home. There are two separate lounge areas so families can spread out to relax. There is parking for three cars in the driveway area. The garage is locked and will not be available during your stay. As this home is in a residential neighborhood, we cannot allow any parties or events to be held on site. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 7am. Pets on request. Preference for small non shedding dogs. Max 2 dogs. Dogs must not be left alone at the home. The famous Stumer’s Creek dog friendly beach is a popular spot for dog lovers! Coolum is a pet friendly town, so you can take them almost anywhere! Come and enjoy this tropical haven close to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer you! An important note: We are the owners and we manage this property ourselves! Nothing is left to real estate property management or holiday letting agents! Plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars Other things to note No parties or events. No smoking at the property. Noise kept to a minimum at all times with respect to neighbours. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Our place will be immaculately cleaned when you arrive. In saying that, in tropical Queensland it may be commonplace to see a gecko or even a cockroach. We have recently had our annual pest control treatment, so if you do happen to spot a sick/dead cockroach, there will be no refunds given!
