Katepwa Lakefront Lodge

Enjoy a true log cabin experience overlooking katepwa lake with beautiful views of the valley. Enjoy a fun filled getaway sipping your morning coffee or star gazing from the hot tub. There is plenty of winter fun to be had in the area including exploring Echo Lake cross country ski trails, skating loop, Back to Nature Wellness Sauna rentals, ice fishing and Mission Ridge ski resort/tube park! The space The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds and 1 with a double bed. We have put that the cabin can accomodate up to 8 guests as there is also a black fold down futon in the living room. It is about the size of a twin bed, so it would be tight for 2 people. We are ok with guests bringing their own additional bedding, such as an air mattress and there is an air mattress pump available at the cabin as well. There is extra bedding and pillows for the futon and air mattress should you choose to bring one. The cabin is on well water and septic. The water has been tested and is good for drinking, but doesn't taste the best so we have Culligan water available. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, cups and cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, sugar and some spices. There are also condiments in the fridge such as mayo, mustard, ketchup and relish. We kindly request that all dishes be washed and garbage taken out to the big garbage bin at the entry way of the house prior to check out. The hot tub is functional year round. For longer stays, extra chlorine will be available. We kindly ask that the hot tub lid be properly closed prior to check out.
