With two separate, fully furnished sitting rooms, there is plenty of space for the whole group to gather for movie nights or find a quiet corner to read. To ensure every guest has a wonderful stay and to help us maintain our villa, please follow these guidelines: 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: After 2:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM. (Please respect these times so our housekeeping team has enough time to prepare the 4 bedrooms for the next guests.) 2. Quiet Hours & Neighbors Peaceful Atmosphere: Kotagiri is known for its tranquility. Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Loud Music: High-decibel speakers or loud parties in the garden are not permitted out of respect for the local community and the surrounding wildlife. 3. Smoking & Fire Safety Non-Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and bedrooms. You are welcome to smoke in the garden or on the balconies; please use the provided ashtrays. Campfire & BBQ: Please only use the designated pit for campfires. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before you head inside for the night. 4. Kitchen & Dining Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen! We only ask that you clean up major spills and do not leave food out overnight (to avoid attracting mountain insects or local wildlife). Waste Management: Please separate dry and wet waste in the bins provided. 5. Care for the Property Heaters: Please switch off room heaters and geysers when not in use or when leaving the villa to conserve energy. Footwear: We recommend removing outdoor shoes at the entrance to keep the 3,000 sq. ft. of flooring clean for everyone. Capacity: Only the number of guests on the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you have visitors. 6. Wildlife & Environment Do Not Feed Wildlife: You may see bisons or monkeys nearby. For your safety and theirs, please do not feed them or leave food in the garden. Gate Security: Please keep the main gate closed at all times to ensure the security of the 5 parking spaces.
