Conveniently located between town and the Regional Airport. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy a short walk or bike ride via the trail-to-town connector located behind the golf course. The space 1.5-storey, open-concept home offers 920 sq ft of living space with vaulted wood ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the stunning mountain views. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a Cozey couch and armchair, a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower + full-size washer & dryer, and a primary bedroom with a king-size Endy mattress + a 55” wall mounted TV. Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers additional sleeping space with a queen-size bed. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are steep and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns. Guest access Guests will access the guesthouse via a private driveway with two open parking stalls available. Entry is keyless, and a personalized door code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival for easy self check-in. Other things to note The home owners also reside on the same 5-acre property and share it with their 10-year-old golden retriever, Jackson. If dogs aren’t your thing, just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to keep him indoors during your stay. Otherwise, he may make a friendly appearance just to say hi! During the warmer months, you may also see horses grazing in the back field. Smithers is a railway town and our property borders the tracks — you will hear a train horn from time time to time.
