SALT›TưSPACES AT the LAKE Bad Saarow TOURIST TAX In the spa town of Bad Saarow, there is an obligation to pay a spa tax. The spa tax is levied by the municipality and must be paid to the landlord of a holiday accommodation. With the issued spa card, you can get discounts at the SaarowTherme and free bus transfer in the Oder-Spree district. For any discounts, please read independently in the spa fee statute (available online). AMENITIES In addition to the full equipment with kitchenware, pots and pans, the built-in kitchen has: island/stove (ceramic hob with 3 hotplates), mini oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a pull-out dining table with 8 chairs. The basic equipment includes a laundry package (1x bed linen per person & 1x shower and towel, bath mat, tea towel). Furthermore, all everyday items: soap, hair dryer, sink, tabs, rags, baking paper, salt, etc.) All the apartments are equipped with valuable untreated natural peat salt from our salt shop. THE SPECIAL FEATURE THE SPECIAL FEATURE of our holiday accommodation SALZ›T‹RÄUME AM SEE is the interior design with the new trend material Himalayan salt in the four apartments ›Butterfly‹, ›Squirrel‹, and ›Fox‹. By means of the primary salt, a mineral salt-containing air is created in the rooms, similar to that which can be found at the sea or in salt tunnels. The orange-red Himalayan salt not only gives the room a special atmosphere – natural salt is also appreciated for its health-promoting effect. Because we all know the revitalizing effect of the salty sea climate. TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL Apart from the private terrace with seating, parasol, grill and a lounger, there is also possibility of shared use of the entire garden and inventory. A spacious lawn and a terrace with two seating groups (one under a gazebo) are available for our guests from all four apartments to use. There is also 1 grill, 1 fire bowl, 2 loungers available. In the garden shed there are several garden games for our little guests. PARKING A total of 6 free parking spaces are available in front of the house for all 4 units. The parking spot outside the house under number: 2 is assigned to the apartment >swan>. There is also a free public parking lot about 200 meters from here. Free Wi-Fi is available. This is broadband internet access. Network name and password will be provided on site. LOCATION The spa town of Bad Saarow impresses with its breathtaking nature and its proximity to the metropolis of Berlin. Our 4 apartments are located literally between forest and lake – practically behind the garden fence begins the forest hiking trail and to the bathing area it is just 250m. A sandy beach can be reached on foot along the lake in about 7 minutes. Bad Saarow is easily accessible from Berlin by regional train (about 1 hour, hourly departure) and by motorway (about 45 minutes). A bus stop is close to the accommodation. It is served by a bus line starting from the train station in Bad Saarow. Our accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station in about 20 minutes via the Seestraße along the Scharmützelsee. Various shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are available directly at the train station. The thermal bath ›SaarowTherme"is within walking distance of the accommodation in about 15 minutes.
