The Beech Cocon welcomes families, groups, couples, or single people traveling. The accommodation is central, minutes away from amenities and services. Spacious, bright and comfortable, it has a large equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms rented individually or together, and two bathrooms. A cocoon to settle down, recharge your batteries, before going to explore the region. You can also enjoy its garden or terrace! The space The Cocon de l'Hêtre house includes: - 3 bedrooms, one with a single bathroom -Lounge - Kitchen Area - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Terasse - Garden Sleeping options: - 6 single beds or 3 king size beds - 1 single children's bed and a mattress The rooms are particularly spacious - they have double beds that can be changed into two single beds. Bedroom 1: Double bed, single bathroom and storage space for clothes. Bedroom 2 and 3: Double bed, storage space for clothes, individual desk. The bathroom, attached to bedrooms 2 and 3, is equipped with a shower, sink and separate toilet. Individual toilets may be accessible if required. Laundry facilities are also available to guests on request, with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. Among other things, it includes a toaster, a coffee machine for ground coffee or coffee pods, a kettle, and many other utensils! The cocoon has Wi-Fi (fiber). Heating is provided by a boiler, and there is the option of curling up by the fireplace (upon request). It is possible to adjust the temperature according to your preferences. You can also enjoy the terrace adjacent to the kitchen or the garden, its hammock, its sun lounger... Le cocon de l'Hêtre is conveniently located near all shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.). The city center is easily accessible by foot (250 m). Other things to note. Possibility to park the vehicle in front of the house.
