Bayview Cottage (NC500) dunnetbay accommodation

Bayview Cottage is located close to Dunnet Beach on the NC500. North Cycle Route1 passes the door. Guests with a disability will appreciate the improvements recently completed in the cottage. The cottage allows up to two well behaved dogs, NO CATS. Additional cost applies, £35 /dog/visit,paid on arrival. No dogs in bedrooms, the proximity of Dunnet beach and forest will guarantee a happy holiday for your dogs! wi-fi included, TV's in both bedrooms, living room and dining/kitchen area. BBQ . The space Bayview has recently been refurbished with particular emphasis on improving disabled access as far as an old cottage permits.The house is on one level, with removable ramps in the corridor and one of the shower rooms is designed with the disabled visitor in mind. Please tell us if one of your party is dependant on wheelchair use so we can put the portable ramp etc in place for your visit. Bayview is the only listing we have that allows well behaved dogs and has a small ,shared field at the back dedicated for dog walking(on a lead). Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage , secluded garden with bbq, small field to exercise their dogs and a garage suitable for bikes/motorcycles or drying wet gear. Other things to note Although we are a dog friendly cottage, there are animals in other adjacent fields so we do not allow access to these fields.We do request that dogs are accompanied at all times, ON A LEAD, when in the grounds of the house. We also insist that any dog poo is removed and disposed of from the surrounding area and roadside immediately as it poses a health risk to future guests, especially children playing in the field and also to our livestock which will graze the field at certain times of the year and are at risk from dog poo related illnesses.
