This exceptional property can accommodate up to 15 people and comprises a main house and two charming outbuildings. Nestled in a small grove, just 3 km from Talla, it offers a unique ambiance complemented by comfort and luxury. Around the property, you will find numerous sunny and shaded spots, waterfalls, and natural pools that will transport you into a fairytale world. Comfort and elegance in the main house The main house welcomes you with a beautiful living area in the former mill room. On the lower level of the house, there are two living areas with a TV, a large, well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, grill, and pizza oven, and access to the garden. A large dining table can seat 12 people. The second floor has three bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a total of three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the large pool and Jacuzzi on the sun terrace. Upon request, up to three extra beds can be provided in the bedrooms for children up to 12 years old. The conservatory, with its large panoramic windows that can be opened fully, provides a comfortable seating area in both summer and winter. A dining table, a large lounge, and an open fireplace with a grill make this room a favorite spot, offering beautiful views of the untouched natural surroundings. Privacy in the charming outbuildings Whether for grandparents or friends, the two annexes offer additional privacy and comfort. The first annex offers a living area of about 40 m² with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, while the second annex also features a charming living area with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. An outdoor paradise This fairytale property is located on an 80,000-square-meter (20-acre) estate, 4 hectares (10 acres) of which are enclosed with a 2-meter-high (6.5-foot-high) fence to prevent escape. The large pool on the sundeck is a delight for sun worshippers. The small streams that run through the property are of drinking-water quality and are known for their cleanliness. Another swimming pool with sun loungers is located in the front area of the house. Numerous hammocks have been set up among the trees along the shore, so that everyone can find their own quiet spot. During the hot summer months, the tall, dense trees ensure a pleasantly cool climate. The stream flows for about 1,000 meters through the entire property, creating two large natural swimming pools with their own waterfalls, ideal for building dams and for toddlers to play safely. Above the house is a large area that can be used as a tennis court or volleyball court. The property has six parking spaces. Thanks to its walls, which are about 100 cm (3.3 ft) thick, Casa nel Bosco does not need air conditioning and offers a comfortable living environment in all seasons.
