Cabin in Drangedal

Gautefall is perfect for a cosy family time in the mountains of southern Norway. The area is friendly and perfect for alpine and cross-country skiing in winter, and hiking and cycling activities in summer. The cabin is located right next to Gautefall ski resort, and Rytterspranget café is only 100m away. Easy to get in/out with skis. Cross-country ski trails right next to the house. The ski resort is open throughout Christmas, every day in weeks 7, 8 and 9, and throughout Easter. Outside of this, it's only open Friday–Sunday. The space The cabin has most of the facilities you need with fiber, TV in the living room and attic with Apple TV, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Heating - The landlord remotely controls thermostats so that the cabin is heated upon arrival. In addition, there is good heat from the fireplace. Ready-made for parking cars and up to the cabin wall before arrival. The cabin has beds for up to 8 people. There is no electric car charger installed, but there is a regular socket that is set up for charging if necessary. Alternatively, you can use the charging stations down at the station. 1.Estage: - Living room with open kitchen solution -1 Bathroom, with shower, toilet and washing machine. -1 Bathroom with toilet and sink - bedroom 1 with 150 cm double bed -bedroom 2 with family bunk bed (90 cm in upper bunk and 120 cm in lower bunk) 1 wardrobe in the entrance area 1 shed where it says by. 2.Estage: -Attic room with TV, Apple TV, games, sofa ++ - bedroom 3 with 2 single beds of 90 cm - bedroom 4 with 150 cm double bed Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, storage room by the entrance door and the shed. The landlord has marked a drawer and a cabinet as private in the kitchen, as well as the bottom drawer in the chest of drawers in a bedroom. The external shed, which is located separately, is private and locked. Other things to note The cabin overlooks the Himmelriket mountain formation. If there is little snow, it is ideal to have a small distance to the café, as they mostly manage to keep open ski trails to and from the café. Location: - Gautefall ski lodge: Less than 5 minutes by car, where there is a restaurant and bistro. - Treungen town centre: Approx. 15 minutes by car, with grocery store, charging stations for electric cars, petrol stations and swimming area. - Drangedal town centre: Approx. 25 minutes by car, with grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, petrol station and much more. - Hulfjell family park: Approx. 30 minutes by car, farm with various animals and water park. - Bø Summerland: Approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes by car. The Tenant shall bring towels, bed linen and necessary consumables. Washing/cleaning - Leitaker vacuums and washes itself, but it is also possible to order washing for NOK 1500.00 Minimum 25 years of age when booking. Do not allow animals or smoking. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00 Other appointments can be arranged if desired and possible.
