Nestled in the heart of Purcellville is a tiny home with a ton of charm. Less than 5 miles from vineyards, LOCO ale trail breweries, cideries, WO&D bike trail & 20 min to historic Leesburg, the Shenandoah river & Appalachian Trail. Our tiny house is a bit larger w/ 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath, family room & cozy front porch. Guests enjoy private parking & plenty of privacy. Enjoy a remote work getaway, (our broadband is about 8-10Mbps) relax & enjoy LOCO living! Perfect for a couple, small family or remote work getaway looking for a relaxing rural setting with full amenities just a few minutes away. We made a few upgrades while we took a break during Covid including a larger hot water heater, new Adirondack chairs by the fire pit and all new 500 stitch count linens. The house is cozy and comfortable with an efficient use of space and is professionally cleaned after each booking. If you're considering having additional family or another couple be sure to check out our new listing next door - Eve's Place Purcellville. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a 3 burner cook top, microwave/convection oven combo, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster and outdoor charcoal grill as well as a few basic necessities. There is a stackable washer/dryer combo in the house as well. We provide fresh linens and towels. We ask that at checkout you simply rinse any dishes and leave them in the sink, we’ll take care of the rest. Guests have access to an outdoor fire pit right off the front porch, we have a stack of wood nearby. We ask that you pour water over coals late night and hold off on any fires if too windy. You are welcome to use the house cornhole boards. Enjoy breakfast on the porch. We'll provide local breakfast fare in the fridge - some combo of fresh eggs, local sausage or bacon, coffee and other random knickknacks. We live next door and our older daughter lives in the apartment above the shop. We do live at the end of a dirt road beyond state maintenance and our road can get a bit washed out after excessive rain. Cars are always able to pass, just may need to take your time. We look forward to hosting your rural getaway to LOCO living! Guests have a private parking area and their own private access. We live next door and are available as much or as little as preferred. We can provide plenty of local knowledge or are happy to leave you alone to explore on your own. We are always available by phone or text. It's an easy 4 mile drive to Purcellville where there's plenty of local favorites, watering holes and eats. The house is located toward the end of a country gravel road and is surrounded by mature chestnut oak and elm trees. Uber is available in Purcellville if it becomes necessary for a safe ride home. If available we are happy to help out with local transportation in a pinch. Unfortunately fall is stink bug season. We do our best but occasionally they make their presence felt. WiFi is about 8-10Mbps, plenty to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as video conferencing.
