A two-storey accommodation in Moloy, located 30 km from Dijon An apartment with all the amenities you need, perfect for visiting the area for two. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Linens (towels and sheets) are obviously included and change between each visitor. The space 🏡 A warm apartment. The apartment is located in a charming building accessible from the village square, right next to the church. To access it, you just have to go through the small veranda. You will enter through the kitchen, large and spacious, there is everything you need to cook. The kitchen and living room are separated by a high table that can accommodate up to six people for aperitifs with friends. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and finally a wood-burning stove for evenings by the warm fire. By taking the stairs you will then have access to the bedroom with its double bed, wardrobe and sink. The bathroom is also upstairs with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Included in your stay: - Free parking space nearby - Bedding, towels and tea towels provided - Kitchen equipped with all the essentials: utensils, pans, dishes, basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil...) - Convenient amenities: tea, coffee, kettle, coffee machine A cozy little cocoon, perfect for a weekend in Burgundy or a longer stay in a peaceful and authentic setting. Other things to note The village of Moloy Moloy is a small peaceful village in Burgundy, with just over 200 inhabitants. Located on the banks of the Ignon, a charming river, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of quiet walks and relaxation in the countryside. The Ignon Valley is hilly, green and ideal for walking or cycling. A few kilometers away, you can explore the Parc National des Forêts, a preserved natural area, accessible both by car and by bike. The region is also home to a protected area, where rare wild orchids grow, a real pleasure for lovers of flora. The village is spacious, quiet and offers some facilities to enjoy the outdoors: - A children's playground - A ping-pong table and a petanque court near the town hall - A soccer field near the community hall You will also find a local farm – La Ferme de l'Abergement – where you can buy local products, as well as the bar “Les Vieux Fourneaux”, a friendly place where it is sometimes possible to buy some products to cook during your stay. Finally, to experience a typical moment and meet the locals, don't miss the local market of Moloy, which takes place every Wednesday from 5:20 p.m. to 7 p.m. (it is recommended to go there at the beginning of the market, some merchants leave earlier depending on the crowd).
