Welcome to our spacious and cozy 1970s villa – an ideal stay for large families or groups who want to enjoy a comfortable stay together. The house offers plenty of space, many sleeping arrangements, and multiple bathrooms. After an active day, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy summer evenings on the large terrace with a grill. The house is located in a quiet area close to the Stångån river and Landeryd Golf Club. The space The house is large with plenty of room for both socializing and relaxing. On the main floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement, there is a large family room with additional sleeping space, 1 toilet, a sauna, a shower, and a laundry room — perfect if you’re a larger group or want lots of space to spread out. Outside, there is a large deck and a lawn surrounding the house, with plenty of space for outdoor activities and spending time together. You’ll also enjoy a private setting — the house has no immediate neighbors, giving you a peaceful and secluded feel throughout your stay.
