Our property is located in Valldemossa, a few meters from downtown, a prime location that allows our guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house has spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, several terraces and a pool where you can relax and enjoy. The space Our property is located just a 2-minute walk from the village of Valldemossa in a privileged area with beautiful views of Valldemossa and the surrounding mountains. So, our property is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet on their vacation but in a perfectly connected place. Our home is spread over different heights to make the most of the space. Around the house we find a swimming pool with a great "solarium" and different fully equipped terraces. The ground floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a large living-dining room with a fireplace. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them en-suite, are located on the first floor. The garage is located in the basement of the house. Guest access Our guests can take advantage of every corner of our villa and we even offer them an outdoor area where they can park their vehicle, at no cost and completely protected. Other things to note During our guests' stay, a maintenance man will come to check the pool area and the garden of the house. We can arrange the times with clients to respect their privacy as much as possible. It should be noted that in the municipality of Valldemossa it is mandatory to recycle the waste generated during your stay. The waste collection system must be done in the following order and must be deposited in the place that we will indicate to you at the time of check-in to the property. If you do not respect this system and do not recycle the waste generated during your stay, you will be charged an extra €200.
