The space Living room with french doors that open to the lovely breezes cooling the southeast coast. The kitchen has a countertop 4 burner unit, a countertop convection oven, a microwave and a fridge. There is a half bath in the hallway, and a full bath off the bedroom. There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the bathroom. Outside is a jacuzzi tub (not heated), an outdoor table and chairs, and access to a BBQ. Relax in the patio and enjoy the view of the sea. Air-conditioners in the living room and bedroom. TV in the bedroom and living room. Guest access Private entrance leads you around the back to your own private entrance. Entire back yard is your own private oasis. The Jacuzzi tub is yours to use, as is the BBQ on the side.
