This 20 m2 furnished studio, located in an outbuilding of our main residence and perfect for relaxing after a day of work or sightseeing. Close to so many amenities, easy access to park your vehicle. The space 🏠 Main Room The main room is a functional and bright space, arranged to offer comfort and convenience. It includes a sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed for two, dining area, and built-in storage. The insulation and ceiling height of 2.10 m ensure a pleasant temperature in any season. The atmosphere is calm and neat. 🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both short and medium stays. It has induction hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and everything you need to cook and eat on site. As well as a washing machine for your clothes. 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is private, modern and well maintained. It includes a shower, sink, toilet, and storage. Bathroom linens are provided for extra comfort. 🌿 Outdoor / Garden The studio benefits from a private garden, ideal for relaxing, coffee or an outdoor meal in a quiet and pleasant environment. Guest access Fully independent access with self check-in. The studio is fully reserved for guests. The garden is accessible during your stay, while offering a quiet and pleasant setting.
