Welcome to Studio 45°, a cozy 25 m² studio nestled in the attic, whose name is inspired by the inclination of the roof. Completely renovated and completed in December 2025, it offers a modern, warm and perfectly optimised space. All the comforts are there to make you feel at home, for a short or extended stay. The space The accommodation is a 25 m² studio converted from the attic of a house divided into 4 apartments, comprising a main living room, a kitchen area, a sleeping area and a separate shower room. The whole has been designed to be functional and pleasant despite the attic volumes. Due to the roof configuration, the ceiling height varies. In the bathroom, the maximum height is about 185 cm in front of the mirror of the sink, made possible thanks to the presence of a velux. On the other hand, the passage between the shower and the sink is lower and may require lowering the head slightly. This feature is part of the atypical charm of the studio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation, exclusively reserved for their use. This includes the living room, kitchen area, sleeping area, bathroom and facilities available in the studio. The common areas of the building (entrance hall) are also accessible for access to the accommodation. Other things to note ⚠️ Please note: due to the configuration in the attic, the ceiling height in the bathroom is limited and may not be suitable for some people. Please keep this in mind when booking.
