Kindly do not make a reservation without confirming first. 🙏🏻 Dayuan Junior High School Bus Stop – about a 5-minute walk FamilyMart convenience store – about an 8-minute walk Taoyuan International Airport – about a 16-minute drive The space 🛏️The single bed measures 90 x 200 cm. All bed linens and towels are replaced for each group of guests. The toilet and the room are disinfected after every stay. Drinking water is filtered through a water purifier. We provide shampoo, body wash, and towels. 🪥Please bring your own disposable personal items such as a toothbrush. (As environmental awareness grows, we only have one Earth.) Guest access Shared Spaces: Living room Bathroom & shower Kitchen (cookware, tableware, refrigerator, electric kettle) Balcony (washing machine, drying rack) Other things to note ★ Please Follow the House Rules ★ Check-in: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM Check-out: 11:00 AM (As I work during the day, please inform me of your arrival time in advance to avoid waiting.) If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must inform us in advance. Reservations will be canceled if the guest’s identity does not match the booking information. On the first day, we will personally welcome you and show you into the house. After that, you may enter and exit the building freely. No additional visitors are allowed, and we do not accept reservations for more than 2 guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Please smoke outside the building if necessary. A fee of NT$150 will be charged for any lost keys. No cooking or eating in the room (except drinking water). Please eat in the dining area and cook only in the kitchen. Please keep the environment clean and tidy, and return all items to their original place. 🙏🏻 We aim to create a warm and clean home environment rather than a hotel. Please do not expect hotel-level services. During your stay, we do not provide additional towel or bed linen changes, or room cleaning services. Please be polite and respectful. No loud talking or making noise late at night. If you are unable to follow these basic expectations, this accommodation may not be suitable for you. Please sort your garbage properly.
