This property is perfect for people who have interests in Golf, history & culture, sporting fishing.Surrounded by countryside fresh water rivers and only six miles inland from the SW Scottish coastline with all its lovely little beaches and caves. Easy to hire a boat trip over to Ailsa Craig for a picnic or some sea fishing. It's only a 30 mile trip to get a ferry over to Ireland and as a foot passenger it's only £5 for the day! The property will sleep six, one double bed, one twin ( that can be made to super king ) and one bunk .... All the linen is towels and such like are provided. Nice family sized bathroom. Full bath and shower.... Fully dining kitchen grill, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pancake maker, juicer ... everything one might need in a fully functioning kitchen. Sitting room has two leather sofas, widescreen tv with cromecast and internet. A multi burner will heat the whole house and supply hot water. We have a lady who will come in and light the fire each day or when required. There is an electric water heater and separate electric fires in each room if required. The property has plenty parking, a patio and garden. The patio has a small barbaque that can be used for cooking breakfast or supper. There is a fresh water river runs right though the village. Brown trout and salmon! Good restaurants and places of interest and history. Castles are within walking distance as is golf. You would only be one hour thirty from Glasgow City center and two from Edinburgh. The village is quiet and peaceful but not too quiet that you can't sit all night having drinks on the patio! Also availible for short breaks or corporate let. We work with you to make this a holiday to remember. If you wish we can do tailor made holidays.
