The park is nestled next to the renowned Nature Reserve inc shingle and sand beach, close to the historic harbour, golf course and water sports centre providing a unique blend of landscapes and activities. Park facilities include a luxury indoor pool, spa and steam room, gym, restaurant, bar and children’s play park plus tree lined recreation field. The space The bright open plan living space includes 2 luxury sofas, a log burner style electric fire and a 4 seat dining table with beautiful pendant lighting. Panoramic sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound decking with furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The designer kitchen has superb functionality and includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and larder storage. Clever use of light wood tones, clear glass and velux windows give this villa a lovely light and airy coastal feel. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, a vanity unit and a walk through dressing area with wardrobes and window seat, leading through to a contemporary en-suite shower room. The twin room has two single beds, vanity unit and a fitted wardrobe. The spacious main bathroom has a fully enclosed shower, vanity basin, toilet, cupboards and shelving. Warm and cosy throughout with thermostat adjustable heating and hot water on demand. Smart TV in lounge, sound system with ceiling speakers and free superfast reliable wifi keeps you connected and makes this villa the perfect all season holiday escape and work retreat. Guest access Complete detached Villa including private decking, a small grassed garden area and private parking for two cars. Other things to note This villa is no smoking. No pets. All on-site facilities are available to guests: indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, gym, bar, restaurant, outdoor terrace, children’s play park and playing field. If guests wish to use the pool then a swim pass can be purchased from reception and used throughout your stay. Short stays: £20 adult £15 child 7 nights+ £35 adult £25 child Note: The pool operates without a lifeguard so has strict supervision ratios: Ages 0-3: 1 adult to 1 child Ages 4-7: I adult to 2 children Ages 8-15: 1 adult to 3 children The gym is accessed via a fob on guest key ring. Guests must sign a waiver on reception before first use. A free gym induction is available on request. The Harbour Bar serves food and drink.
