Charming wing of a traditional Skåne farmhouse in Österlen! Private entrance to 51 m² featuring a kitchen, living area, and upstairs bedroom. Sleeps 5, including a high-quality sofa bed (extra bed available). Secluded location in Bästekille backar, with hiking trails at your doorstep. 6 km to the beach and 3 km to cafés. Facilities: Pool & sauna, shared with the owner, private patio, and BBQ. The host lives in the other wings. The space Welcome to a carefully renovated private living area of ​​a classic 3-storey 19th century farmhouse - right in the heart of Österlen. The accommodation has a separate entrance and offers 51 well-planned square meters, divided into a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom and a bedroom upstairs. There are 5 beds in total, including a comfortable sofa bed with a real pocket mattress. There is also an inviting pool (10 × 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep), an outdoor shower and a small, cozy sauna. These are shared with the host, and we help each other to show consideration so that everyone has a nice experience. The sauna can be used all year round, the pool is heated during the summer months. (June, July, August) In favorable weather, we sometimes keep it open in September. Please contact us if you are planning a September stay. The farm is located at an altitude of approximately 165 meters above sea level, which gives it a very special light and a peaceful feeling. The area offers rolling hills, apple orchards and berry and mushroom fields depending on the season. Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the door. Undisturbed location with no close neighbors, yet only 3 km to a grocery store, café and other services. Österlen is just as beautiful in early and late summer, with a calmer pace, fantastic light and great opportunities for hiking, swimming and excursions. Indoors Indoors you are greeted by a warm and homely atmosphere: • Newly built, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for meals • Living room with comfortable sofa that easily converts into a comfortable double bed • Cast iron stove that spreads warmth and atmosphere during cooler evenings • TV, Bluetooth and WiFi • Bright bedroom upstairs with three box spring beds Downstairs there is also a fresh bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, underfloor heating and towel dryer. Guest access You have access to a private section of the garden, complete with a garden bower, outdoor furniture, and a kettle grill.
