The entrance is with code, so it will not be necessary to see us in person unless you request it. I'll always be available if you need anything, but we also respect your privacy. Other things to note The only additional payment that must be made is the purchase of an access wristband; this has a cost of 60 pesos per person and allows access to all amenities, entering and leaving without registration, etc. This payment is made directly at reception at the time of check-in. Note: There may be wildlife, as we are surrounded by the protected area “Laguna Negra”. **Important note:** The photos provided are current and show the actual condition of the accommodation. Some areas of the condominium are still in the process of being repaired, and you may find areas under construction during your arrival or stay, as well as some aesthetic damage to ceilings, floors, or other parts of the common areas. However, both the apartment and the common areas shown in the photos have been recently remodeled and are in excellent condition. We ask for your understanding during this renovation stage.
