Set in a quiet pocket of Bull Creek, this space feels entirely your own. Enjoy a private entry, queen bed, TV, air-conditioning, and daily essentials. A simple kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils for light meals. Next door is “The Pod”, another solo tiny home, and the owner lives onsite, offering security while respecting privacy. The space The SOLO includes a queen bed, a dining/work table, and a basic kitchen with essential appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please note that cooking is not permitted. The space also features a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance with direct access to the accommodation. Other things to note •No cooking is permitted in the SOLO • The space is strictly for the registered guest(s) only. •Please respect quiet hours after 9pm -9am to maintain a peaceful environment for all. •Smoking is not allowed inside the pod/premises •A penalty fee applies if there is evidence of smoking inside. •Pets are not permitted. • The SOLO is self-contained, and housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. •Street parking is available •Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
