The Emma Suite, guest room - The Paul Villa

The Emma Suite is located in a fully renovated 19th century building in the center of Yenne. It has one bedroom, a shower room, and a toilet. Bright and carefully furnished, it offers a warm and soothing atmosphere. Comfortable bedding, modern bathroom and up-to-date amenities guarantee a pleasant stay in any season. A place of character, in a wooded and enclosed park of 5000 m2, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a charming stopover. The space The Emma Suite is located in a completely renovated house, combining comfort and conviviality. The ground floor is shared between guests and includes a dining area where you will have breakfast, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, your suite is on the right at the top of the stairs. It has a private toilet, a bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a wardrobe and dresser for storing your clothes. Guests can freely enjoy the terrace with a dining table and garden furniture. Access to the pool, shared with our family and other guests, is also included. It measures 10 x 4.5 m, and is equipped with an electric roller shutter. It is heated and has salt water. The park, wooded and fully enclosed with walls, offers a pleasant and secure setting. Outdoor games are available: ping-pong table, petanque, mölkky, ball... Ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay 🌿 BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED 🛏️ BREAKFAST INCLUDED A continental breakfast is served in the shared dining area on the ground floor of the house. MEALS 🥘 There are several restaurants nearby, and you can also book a meal at a local caterer. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the living room, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge/TV area. On sunny days, you can also have lunch on the terrace and relax on the garden furniture. Our swimming pool is available from May 1st (depending on the weather, of course) and is shared with our family and the other guests who may stay at the Villa.
