The house is fully available to you for your exclusive use. Over approximately 1,076 square feet (100 m²), you will find three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a welcoming living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a large terrace. A special highlight is the approximately 150 m² fenced garden, through which a stream flows. In the outdoor area, you will find a table with several chairs, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. Free parking is right by the house. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. The bright living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa area and an oven. From here, you can go directly onto the terrace and into the garden – the perfect place for shared outdoor meals or relaxed summer evenings. A staircase leads to the upper floor with a total of three bedrooms: - The first bedroom on the lake side has a large double bed, a wardrobe and a sink with a mirror. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and have direct access to the balcony. - The second bedroom on the forest side is also furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a sink with mirror. - Bedroom three on the lake side has two twin beds and a large closet. From this room, you can also enjoy the view of the lake and have direct access to the balcony.
